Course Details
Advanced Service / Silver Service An exclusive course focused on mastering various onboard service styles, including the customs, techniques, and etiquette of Silver Service. This instructional and hands-on training includes table settings, diverse serving methods, and professional wine and champagne service. You will also learn to implement and manage Food & Beverage SOPs, develop supervisory skills, and organize guest service at a high level.
Advanced Cigar Expert & Service An interactive training session covering the essentials: cigar history, cultivation regions, vitolas (sizes), body, strength, and flavor profiles. The module includes an overview of top brands, luxury onboard cigar service, cutting and smoking protocols, storage, maintenance, and the art of tasting and pairing cigars with whiskey.
Interior Administration Master the operational management of a professional yacht interior. This module covers procurement management, contracts, and the legal frameworks applicable to yachting operations.
- Interior Information Management Systems (IIMS): Gain a comprehensive understanding of how to efficiently utilize interior management software and systems.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOP): Learn to create, implement, and manage SOPs across all interior sub-departments to ensure consistency and professional excellence.
