Irina Sotirova is the founder and lead instructor, bringing over 10 years of experience as a Head of Department (HoD) and Chief Stewardess on charter yachts ranging from 35m to 140m. Her career began in 2015 as a Second Stewardess, and through her dedication and strong work ethic, she quickly ascended to leadership roles.
As Head of Housekeeping, Irina has held full responsibility for managing interior departments and maintaining impeccable standards across every area of the vessel. Over the years, she has trained numerous professionals, helping them develop into successful Chief Stewardesses through precision and meticulous attention to detail.
