The program enables crew members to reach the next level of bartending excellence through expert knowledge of premium equipment and ingredients.

Participants will acquire professional and practical sommelier skills alongside in-depth knowledge of grape varietals, wine styles, and regional influences (terroir). This expertise allows you to confidently recommend wines from the cellar, guide guests through the wine list, and curate specialized wine menus. The module also covers wine rotation, storage principles, and advanced food pairing.
Leadership Foundations
Focused on managing the specific challenges of a Head of Department (HoD) role during the initial years. Key topics include motivating individual crew members and teams, effective communication strategies, implementing onboard performance appraisal systems, and the principles of resource management and conflict resolution.
